<p><!--block-->Ms. Erica believes that the nature and character of the developing child begins in early childhood. She enjoys being a major part of molding of the developing child. Erica started as a Support Specialist and has worked her way up into administration. She makes it a habit to spend as much time in the classroom as possible as she observes the working minds and creativity of the children, as well as the staff.</p>
<p><!--block-->Although Ms. Erica has held several roles, she still really enjoys seeing all of the children in the center learn and grow, which is sometimes too quickly! Her background was originally in math, science, and engineering. As a result, Ms. Erica gets called upon often to use her Mrs. Fix-It skill set to solve broken computers, printers, plumbing, and much more. She lives in North Olmsted with her husband, and enjoys watching movies of all kinds, especially sci-fi! </p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Silvana was awarded the Best Programming award for her service at KinderCare Orlando in 2000. She has also been awarded the Educator of the Year title in 2010.</p>
<p><!--block-->Miss Lisa helps families transition into the school. In her spare time, she enjoys photography and cooking. </p>
