Lauren Chrzanowski, CNP, is a certified nurse practitioner at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and a team member of the University Hospitals Diabetes & Metabolic Care Center. Chrzanowski is a board-certified nurse practitioner and board certified in advanced diabetes management. She is also a certified diabetes education and care specialist (CDECS) and has a passion for diabetes technology. Chrzanowski’s specialized experience in diabetes care management and education began at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Her work has been recognized at the national and international level, and she has lectured on treatments for diabetes.
